Have you ever tried soaking the catfish fillets in milk? Soaking them for an hour or two in milk makes that fishy taste vanish. (make sure to soak them in in the fridge to keep the fish at a safe temp)

Nice Catty there buddy, Was wondering if ya eat them and if ya have a fav.recipe for catfish.
I was catching them like crazy down river from you below the nuke plant 6/15. I kept 8,five pounders to give to anyone I saw fishing the crick bank on the way back. No matter how I cook a catfish, it ends up tasting like,,,,,,,,,,a muddy Catfish.
