1.8 lb. Largemouth Bass caught by Greg J fishing on Saturday June 14, 2008 at 18:37 near North Smithfield in Providence County, Rhode Island (RI), United States North America using a Mann's Classic 1/2 oz. chartreuse w/ gold blades a Spinnerbait

This was an emergency get-kids-out-of-house jaunt to the most local pond where "nobody catches anything". The caravan also included 3 of the neighbor's family kids. Expectations were low.

First cast caught this feisty guy. Couldn't believe it. My 2 yr old tried to hug him. I'm holding her back in the picture.
