Topwater fishing for bass as the sun goes down - it's the best. I've been using different techniques, but this is more favorite. Cast a floating Rapala minnow, let it splash and sit, then twitch it. Retrieve, then pause. If they haven;t hit it by then, they will on the next retrieve. And sometimes a bowfin follows it to the bank.
Nice fish, Henry. Gotta love the floating rapala!
