20.5" / 3.3 lb. Brown Trout caught by Bruce Parks fishing on Saturday September 13, 2008 at 23:16 in Lake Saint Catherine 2.78 km from Wells in Rutland County, Vermont (VT), United States North America using a Black/silve rapala a Stick Bait by Rapala International

It was a busy day for the crew of my boat, Sir Fishalot (several friends from NJ)! This nice brown trout was caught approximately 4:00 p.m. on Lake St. Catherine as part of a nice collection/assortment of fish this afternoon. Other catch included (by other crew) 18", 2.4 lb. brown trout; 18", 4.2 lb. largemouth bass; 17", 2.4 lb smallmouth bass; several more brown trout 13 - 16", and, caught while trolling, a 14" horned pout. All in all, good fishing over a 4 hour stretch! Water temperature 70.4 degrees, fishinig @ 15 - 18 feet over 40 - 50 feet of water, mostly in the south end of the lake.

	Interestingly enough, we returned to the same area the next day, fished for 3 hours and never even marked a fish on the fish finder....no hits, no action.....nada! That's fishing, I guess. Posted by Bruce Parks about 1 year ago
