15.0" Walleye caught by Joe Pych fishing on Sunday September 21, 2008 at 06:46 1.03 km from West Lebanon in Grafton County, New Hampshire (NH), United States North America using a dillie on a walleye rig a Worm

Last day of summer. Out for some fishing with John Harrigton on the Connecticut River. A bit chilly this morning starting at 47 degrees, but not as cold as last couple of mornings and it warmed up when the sun came out. The fishing was a bit slow. However, managed to pull out 2 walleyes like this, a smallie that lived up to its name at about 8", and a river dace.

Thanks. Actually, the real credit goes to my fishing buddy, John Harrington, who is also on Hooked-in. He is the master. I knew nothing about walleye until I got onto his boat. Now, I know maybe 1/100th of what he knows and I can catch them consistently.

Another nice fish. How many have you caught out of that river? I never even knew there were Walleye up here in NH. People I have talked to up here haven't even heard of them.

I wish I could remember my first fish.

I see there are some smart fisherman here from IL. Smart enough to wear a bears sweatshirt fishin'

Yes, it's my website. I made up a small batch of fishing shirts, hats, and fleece vests. They were for us to wear at a trade show, but you got me thinking I should make some more.
