Just another night of muskie fishing. The wind had been pounding the NE section of shoreline for the last 3 days. I threw my bait out about 5 feet from that shoreline and starting ripping it back hard and fast. After about 5 cranks I put in an extended pause and when I went for that first crank afterwards I felt the lure get hit, felt the weight and the rod double up. The rest was just history. She was more of a feisty one then my 47" she didn't stay deep she went straight to the surface and started headshaking. This muskie was caught from shore as well CPR!!
