Bluegill caught by Joe Iocona fishing in New Jersey on 05/23/13
Bluegill caught by Joe Iocona fishing on Thursday May 23, 2013 at 11:42 near Elmer in Salem County, New Jersey (NJ), United States North America using a Red Head with 1 1/2" Chartreuse tube a Panfish

Been pretty dry up at my old spots so I headed down to Angelo's Parvin Lake and try my luck. It looked like the weather was going down hill fast so I didn't take the Yak and fish from shore and don't you know it was great all morning and the only thing I have to show for it was I think a Pumpkinseed. You guys tell me if it is...

Well if you put in at the pier or near there just out a littler to your left over the Lilly pads to that little pes of ground between that and the campgrounds is a little cut thru at that point they were doing real good..

It's a Bluegill. Joe, Glad to see you try my neck of the woods. Bass fishing this year hasn't been good there and with Thundergust Lake completely cover in green that's even worst.
