This Bowfin tore my lure to shreds. Its teeth chipped the 3/0 metal hook, its final run broke the back half of the lure and completely detached it, and when I took a close up photo of its face the fish tried biting me. And that was all after one of the most explosive battles I ever fought against any fish, in hard current, with rocks and snags everywhere.
