a Minnow
Wife and I didn't even get to the lake until about 11:00am. set the crappie rig to about 6' deep with live minnows and slip bobbers and started reeling them in. we were each fishing two poles but there were times they bit to fast to get the second pole in. the largest bass was about 17" (still no scale but I got one on order thru BPS) the others were just a little shorter. Released at least a dozen bass that were just under the 14" limit. Also got two very nice 15" crappie. Steve the owner of Barneys Marine in Clarendon where we get minnows said we had the first good catch he's heard of this year. Posted by Tracy Bridges 11 months ago
