12.0" Yellow Perch caught by T Evans fishing on Monday May 04, 2009 at 09:27 in Stevens Branch near Williamstown in Orange County, Vermont (VT), United States North America

So we spent most of our time in a shallow part of this pond...4-5 feet deep pulling up big pumpkin seed and one pickerel right off the side of the canoe.

Then I decided to cast a line out with a bobber...to see what would happen. That netted 2 decent perch and a handful of pumpkin seed and smaller perch.

We then moved a little deeper, dropped the anchor and proceeded to hammer them. These are the 12 we kept. The largest being 12" and the smallest was 10". My son caught the 12" one.
