Austin, Dad and Gramp were all fishing in the newly painted, and renovated boat. It was a cold, breezy afternoon and Austin being 7 years old was growing impatient with Gramp's trolling, he wanted to stop and cast around. So after 30 minutes of playing middle man with a 7 year old and a 53 year old, we finally got to cast a few lines. While Austin and Grampy were still at each other the smally took that lure and literally broke the water at 2.5 feet, BOO-YAH!!!!! FISH ON!!!!! The drag was screaming and so were we. I though my son was going swimming. Austin yelled to get the net as he walked around the boat fighting his catch. Grampy got the net, and aboard he came. My son has always loved to fish, but know its hard to get him to pay attention at baseball games, he's a hardcore fisherman, no doubt about it. In 12 or 13 years he will be traveling the country as a BassMaster!!!! Great job pal, we are all very proud. Posted by Bonnie Colson 10 months ago
