a Spinnerbait
Got out halfway thru the morning's major period. Just fanning it out when this 12" swallowed the hook almost to the stomach. I need to play better attaention, as I could have killed him. The grass gives a false feeling of resistance.
Caught two more (10", 8") on the south by southeast side, but heard and saw some hard slaps of much much bigger fish than these three.
Not a bad thing, 3 fish in about an hour of chucking, including two snarls in this braided line. They never tell you when using braided that one snarl can end it...you have to cut and tie a new leader and then tie the swivel/lure back.
