Fishing Report

13.0" / 1.0 lb. Rainbow Trout caught by Albert Scantleberry fishing on Friday October 06, 2006 at 02:00 near Babylon in Suffolk County, New York (NY), United States North America using a 3/ 4 siver sidewinder a Casting & Trolling Spoon by Acme Tackle Company

Hi,
My first official time fishing for trout.
I noticed most guys were using a bobber or float
With small hooks and a piece of frozen biscuit.
I did not have these in my arsenal so I tried
Several castings spoons and some guys teased me
Because my spoon was a little large but after
A few casts I got a nice hit anda reeled my trout in.
I out was out in Babylon L.I.@ Argyle Lake

Always good to try something different than the rest of the crowd... especially when they are not catching anything ;-)
