Henry - thanks for the tip on the Kokanee Salmon missing from the list. I just added it. I did some research and it's a landlocked version of the sockeye salmon. Similarly, the fish shown above is an Atlantic Salmon by species, but most people refer to it as a landlocked salmon because it is, well, landlocked and can't go out to sea. That reminds me - there is no category listed for Kokanee salmon on hooked-in. It's the only salmon available in NC. They were imported here from California, I think.
