Went up to Lake Erie for Perch and Walleye. The day started off great I caught the first perch on the boat out of 35 guys. The livewell on the boat went down so all the captain would give out was salted minnows. Went down hill after the first 10min of fishing. 6 hours later I ended up only catching 3 perch. All the other boats around us was hammering the walleye and perch due to them having live bait. Ended up being a bad trip for us.

	That's a bummer. At least you got the first fish. But it would have been nice to get some walleye - they are very good to eat and fun to catch. I hope the captain gave you a raincheck and another chance to go out. Posted by Joe Pych 4 months ago
