8.8 lb. Lake Trout caught by Razzle Dazzle fishing on Saturday July 18, 2009 at 15:00 in Lake Champlain 8.04 km from Port Kent in Essex County, New York (NY), United States North America

My fishing buddy Phil and I went out after lake Trout and put 24 Lakers in the boat. That's not to mention the ones that got away. A great day on Lake Champlain. Six or Seven of the fish we caught were in the 8 to 10 pound class.
These can be fun fish to bring up off the bottom in 100 feet or more of water when they don't want to come up.
