on the Potomac river Snyders' Landing Area near sharpsburg(Antietam Battlefield nearby)on a tube while fishing for Smallies...caught in about 3-4 ft of water about 6' off of rocky bank...it slammed bait and I thought it was a catfish- my buddy netted it for me and we took pictures and released it
