using
a Worm
After spending much of the winter dreaming of fishing
Finally there was a break today so I hit Van Cortlandt.
I was axious to try out a new Tica levelwind and a
8'10" rod that I paired together as I'm fussy about how
The rod and reel balance out weightwise.
I spooled on some Suffix D.N.A. 14lb.mono co-polymer
The match up performed well with only 2 birdies.
I was about to pack up when I noticed that my rodtip
Was bending down 4-5 times in sucession.
I ran over and started reeling in.
Happy to get my first fish in 08.
I was using trout worms for bait
