Tough day. The wind morning was great...got to see and hear the loons, caught 1 rock bass and two smallmouth bass (we were fishing for trout). By mid day the wind had us fighting 3 foot waves (in a canoe)...thank god my brother in law has a 2.5 horse motor on it, or I don't think we would have been able to paddle the 7 miles back to the boat launch. It was a rough day for fishing, but it still beats work!
