Caught this fish right from under my husband and Mikes nose's. I just wanted to show the guys how its done!

i think it is amazing that the bowfin world record is only a little bit bigger than the world record lmb and yal still manage to catch 10 pounders not many people have done that with bass

That is an awesome fish. So far as I can tell, you got the two biggest of the season. You also caught two true trophies (over 10 lbs/30") while the rest of us only have one each.

It got me thinking: if you combined your two biggest fish from this year, their combined weight would still not match that of the standing IGFA world record (23 lbs). It's the sort of prospect that keeps me fishing for these monsters.
