Hard to catch a grass carp..not saying you can't but since they are vegatarians(sp?) they are tough to catch. We usually have to resort to using a bow and arrow with a reel attached to catch one.. When I was a kid, me and my brother use to use wheaties and strawberry pop to catch carp but we ran accross some in a pond on a golf course and we used our concoxtion and never could catch one. We did try yo-yo's tied to this dock, but when we came back the lines were all tangled together or the hook was broke off and the line reeled into the yo-yo. Didn't have enough experience to know to tie to a tree limb instead of a hard set like we did. That's a big one you caught tho..Nice Catch!!
