8.0" Yellow Perch caught by Neil Boghean fishing on Monday September 21, 2009 at 09:39 near Bordentown in Burlington County, New Jersey (NJ), United States North America using a black and red rooster tail with black spinner a Spinnerbait

Beat day searching for the lunkers that ARE in here. Called it a day and on the way in to load up the boat I hooked this yellow perch, a rarity for this creek, lived around here all my life and never seen one. pike were actively moving around, but not biting mid day. I actually thought this was alittle smallmouth the way he was fighting....was suprised to bring a perch up.
