11.5" / 1.1 lb. Pumpkinseed Sunfish caught by Ice WarriorGill fishing on Saturday August 09, 2008 at 14:30 near Albany in Albany County, New York (NY), United States North America using a 1/32oz Pumpkinseed grub a Grub by Berkley

2008 NY Citation Pumpkinseed 11.5 inches (NY Big Fish of the year 2008 C and R category for Pumpkinseed). Caught this fish out of my canoe while fishing a deep weed edge in 8-9 feet of water while vertically jigging a 1/32oz Pumpkinseed grub with black jighead.
