Had a great today. Brought the little guy out on whim to try for some Largemouth Bass.

We went to Haddon Lake and came across the shallow stream and a 6 foot deep, 6 foot wide by 6 foot long pool in front of a tiny spillway. There were literally hundreds of small fish in this small area. I decided to throw on a Strike King Bitsy Minnow on one rod, and a red/white Crappie Magnet on another rod. I couldn't approve these two lures any more than I do. They were awesome and we wound up catching over 20 Sunfish and Crappies. Nothing big, but it was constant action and a lot of fun. I've been wanting to catch some Crappies for a few months now and just have had no luck. We just lucked into these today.

Got me psyched to get back out and try these lures at a different lake.
