Largemouth Bass caught by Brandon Mabrey fishing in North Carolina on 11/29/09
Largemouth Bass caught by Brandon Mabrey fishing on Sunday November 29, 2009 at 09:14 2.21 km from Henrico in Northampton County, North Carolina (NC), United States North America using a 3/4 OZ JIGGING SPOON

THIS WAS THE FIRST FISH OF THE DAY, WE PICKED UP SOME SCHOOLS OF BAITFISH ON THE DEPTH FINDER AND WE WERE FISHING THE EDGES OF SOME CHANNELS. WHEN BAM THIS LIL 2 POUNDER SMOKED THE TUNGSTEN SPOON, ME AND MY BUDDY THOUGHT IT WAS ONE OF THE MONSTER PERCH THAT ROAM OUR LAKE LIKE THE 3 POUNDER I CAUGHT LAST YEAR., BUT TO OUR SUPRISE IT WAS A BASS OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LAKE WITHOUT ANY COVER JUST FEEDING ON SHAD MINNOWS...ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GREAT DAY FISHING CUZ WE DIDNT GET ON THE WATER TILL AROUND 12:30PM AND ONLY FISHED TILL 4:00 SO WE DID OK.....

It is a shame I didn't find this site while I was working and living in NC. I only got to go fishing afew times while I was there, but I did get into some nice crappie on Jordan. If I had found this site, I would have found you all and I could have talked you into taking me fishing there. I was working in Raleigh and was told that I could catch fish out of the river, but couldn't eat them...wasn't much fun..oh well..If you all from NC are ever in Kansas..look me up and I'll take you fishing here....
