I was out in East Rockaway at a favorite saltwater spot.
With my dearest companion " Surf Queen "
We were surf fishing and it was beginning to get dark
My rod was resting in a sand spike and I got a big hit.
I set the hook and after a nice battle I dragged
A nice blue ashore.
