Cant believe 30 of these fit in this bowl lol, we caught over 120 perch today between me, todd, tony, and DJ. Had a very good day on the water I am wore slam out like I have dug ditches all day...I tell you what my freezer is packed now for sure still have 8 bags from last year!!! Didnt want to fill the site up with white perch pics I know alot of peeps on here dont like them but I sure love to eat em!!!

Angelo the best way to cook perch is , Get a gallon ziplock bag put flour and house of autry seafood breader and a little bit of old bay seasoning and mix it all together well....Then get the grease hot, have the perch already dropped in the bag and coated real good with the contents of the bag then let the grease do the rest when there golden brown take them out and enjoy....Ps a good tip to remember if you want to do it but you dont have to is before you throw them in the bag to get a flour coating cut 3 or 4 slits on each side of the perch that way when they are finished cooking you can pull the meat right off it works great start at front of fish and cut slits close to the tail make cuts about half inch apart....

hey, any pointer's on a good recipe's for white perch? everytime i make them they come out watery lol
