I don't have a boat, where can I fish that's close to mercer county...
I moved here from Kentucky. I have been here for a little over a year now. I have tried Assunpink, Rosedale Park, Carnegie Lake and the dam off Route 130. I don't have a boat and I love to fish, can anyone suggest a place to fish without a boat but with alot of room to walk and cast??

Hey Luc, I was wondering is that pond Okay to fish in or Private because i cant seem to find a place with Bass willing to bite.Havnt caught one Yet!!!..,

No it's not private. Just beware some parts are just weeds so you'll need to walk a bit to find a place that is not so weedy. But, I really recommend that you try it. Sometimes the bass are hard to get. Some times I throw the worm right in front of its face and it just stares at it.

Lol...Okay I will give it a try, taking my friends Fishing in their Spot so maybe later in the week I will Check it out, i'll Post a Update on the Bass, Once a Year you should Feed them Minnows...keep the Pop thriving, I was thinking about that with the holes i Goto, i havnt been here yet but a Place to buy Minnows an Bass are Muskyhatchery, they are up north Jersey, or any local affordable shop.

I have one on Conover Road it's really shallow and it's packed with bluegills and bass. There is this one spot by a bridge and there is a good amount of room to cast. I usually just use worms it seems to work for me. You will see this spot on my posts.
