How To Fish Spinnerbaits

I have bought all types and colos of spinner baits and fished them in most places but have had absoulutly no luck with them, I was wondering how so many of you have such good luck with them?? thanks

I think they work best when: 1) they are used when bass are hitting on a school of bait fish (shad) and you go into the mix  2) for Pickerel anytime near the weed line 3) as a reaction bait that the bass just happens to see go by and with pure instinct the bass strikes. 4) at dusk along the surface with some noise. 5) dancing thru the weeds they are surprisingly weedless. Most times I hold the rod high go slow and stay about 3" under the water. Anyway that's my 2 cents! Love to hear what others have to say
