In freshwater I own 4 ultralight, 2 jigging, 2 worming, 2 medium for spinning and crankbaits, 2 liveling rods with baitrunners and 1 muskie rod. In saltwater, I have 1 inshore seabass, 1 offshore seabass, 1 croaker/porgy rod, 1 backbay rod, 1 striper rod, 1 tuna rod and 1 tilefish/ grouper rod. So that makes 20 set ups.

I have 3 I keep in the car for freshwater (not including my daughter's spincaster). 2 Medium action spinning combos one with 8lb line, the other with 6lb line. I have an ultralight spinning rod with 4lb line. I also have two saltwater spinning combos in my garage that I never get to use. Been thinking about branching out into baitcasting rods or even fly rods, but not sure I can swing the investment of time and money for either.

I have 2 Saltwater rods rig up for anything, Personally i only use 1 freshwater rod. I mostly only use my ultraligt spinning rod with 4lb line for trout and panfish and an extra spool with 10lb braided bass, pickerel, carp.

We have 2 freshwater sets, one ultra, one med, and inherited a few nice old Saltwater combos from my Father, that i had the reels gone over and still are ready to go ,but live far from saltwater now . Will be adding a Baitcaster later on the season. Always like Fishing , now have the time and inclination, only trouble is DW does not eat Fish! lol. She did get her 1st fishing license so that is a positive direction, lol. My 15 yr old Son enjoys Fishing when he visits, really glad for that we can share this fine sport/Hobby.
NOW the Question is how many Tackle Boxes do you own?? lol.

Whew don't know for sure I'm a father of 4 and we love to fish! But for me I have 10 baitcaster on decent to high end rods, plus 4 spinning outfits. Plus I have passed down numerous outfits to both my sons, and I have 6 Zebco's 33's that my girls and myself use for panfish.

Maybe a dozen set-ups, but a starting rotation of five: my two Bowfin rods, one with 27-pound catfish braid and the other with 40# braid; my trout rod and reel, which a sacred combo in my world; my 4' 6" Ugly Stik that I use for panfishing; and my bass set-up which consists of a 6-ft fast rod and 6# test mono. Shimano reels on all the rods. I have much more gear now that I have become obsessed with Bowfin. Bowfinnin' is about equipment...I have learned so much from Henry V. and Joe A. Thanks, neighbors.
