anyone been up there lately ? and if so how goes it ? I haven't been up in a couple of years and would like to head up next Saturday with a buddy of mine who has never fished it- Big smallies that just about rip the rod out of your hands when they hit...

I saw on another web-site that they're doing fine up by the Juniata confluence.  The last few years, there has been a disease affecting the fish.  I had a rough time last year, and just stopped fishing there.

I'm new to Middletown, if you ever need someone to fish with.  I lived in Lancaster for 10 years, and know some places on that part of the Susky.

Do you fish the Potomac or the Conococheaque?  I have yet to do either!  I have access to a canoe, but have been really busy.

I fish the Potomac quite a bit being only minutes from 4 boat ramps, and the Antietam also, the Conococheague not as much but some nice smallies in there, I have a Tracker Grizzly w/ 25 Yamaha but not a jet (yet) and 2 canoes we use... we may have to try and hook-up but if you want info for down my way give me a shout  Tim
