Ask and ye shall receive. Skate and Dogfish have been added to the list. I updated Chad's listing.
I could not find the skates... I found ones that were manta rays and sting rays. I don't know the difference between these things.

Jeez you guys are working me to death
John - I just added Butterfly Ray and updated your listings.
Joe - I just added Roanoke Bass to the list. FYI - in doing my research, I found that it is considered a vulnerable species and "native only to a few river systems, including the Eno River in North Carolina and the Roanoke River in Virginia and North Carolina." according to wikipedia. Looks very similar to what we call a Rock Bass up here, but there's no lack of those around.
Thanks for the tips!

Yep, those are Roanoke Bass we catch in the Eno. What an amazing species, and only ten minutes from my house. I;ve always wondered what they taste like, but I feel too bad about their small range to eat one.

I thought you were kidding at first with the "Northern Sucker"... is that the same as the Longnose Sucker? I.e.: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Longnose_Sucker

We need to determine the difference between Black Bullhead Brown Bullhead and Channel Catfish. Some assistance please. Ive seen so many different colors, depending on water clarity. I think I know but not quite sure.
